- Actively listen to identify the client’s needs and ask about changes in his/her life.
- Always conduct yourself professionally.
- Pivot to other lines of insurance by asking open-ended questions.
- Ask for referrals and reviews.
- Maintain detailed records of sales in ECRM including declination of coverages.
- Handle customer inquiries by the end of the business day.
- Conduct marketing searches to generate insurance sales.
- Contact potential clients by cold calling or using referrals.
- You will collaborate with a service team member on policies you establish.

- Obtain an agreement with State Farm within the first two weeks of employment by completing all State Farm training.
