- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.

- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses before start date.
- Bilingual Mandarin speaker (required).
- Health Allowance: $300 per month to support health-related expenses after 90 days of employment.
- Short Term Disability: Offered to qualifying new employees after 90 days, with premiums covered by the agency.
- Instant Answer Term Life Insurance: $50,000 term life coverage available to qualifying employees after a 90-day waiting period.
- Earned Time Off (ETO): Three weeks (15 business days) of annual leave will begin accruing after the 90-day probation period. Please note that ETO does not roll over; a new 15-day balance will be granted each year on the employee’s anniversary date. To maintain sufficient leave throughout the year, employees should use no more than 50% of their earned time off (ETO) before July.
- Observed Holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, 4th of July, and Memorial Day.
- Retirement Plan: Eligibility for 401(k) plan with a 3% employer match after 90 days.
